The Girls' Photo Shoot...

Here are some pictures of my ADORABLE nieces!!  It was pretty cold out so we had to go pretty quick.  Also, my sister was about to walk out the door when Maggie had an accident.  She cut her eye so she was sporting the big band aid ; (  My poor sweet Maggie Pie.  All of the girls did wonderful and to reward them they each got their own big lollipops!!

Today Justin and I had to go to one of my good friends' weddings.  I don't know what people do without sisters.  My sister Natalie, the blog addict ; D, did my hair and let me rummage through her collection of beautiful dresses and shoes.  What would I do without her!!!  We love you Aunt Nauni!!!

Justin and I never get any pictures together so I decided to set the camera up on the tripod and set the timer.  They aren't great but at least we have some pictures with each other!!

October 25:

I had to do a few readings in my friend Audrey's wedding today so my name was in the program as Alisann Elpers.  Most people aren't used to seeing my name as Alisann Elpers instead of Alisann Shetler.  Here is how the situation went...

Grandpa Shetler was looking through the program when he saw an Elpers on the page.  Grandpa, leaned over and asked Justin if he was related to this particular Elpers.   Justin, my husband whom had been helping me practice my readings for the last 24 hours, then replied, I don't know, maybe.  I'll have to see who it is.  Me witnessing this conversation leans over and says...You guys aren't talking about Alisann Elpers are you??  Both of them realized it at the same time and we couldn't stop laughing the rest of mass!!

My husband is very intelligent, he is a teacher and always did very well in school.  However, he has a bit of a reputation (especially in our family) to say things that can lack common sense.  None the less, he makes us laugh and we love him for it!!!
