James at 18 months old (being his silly self)

I decided to take a few pictures of James today and he loves blocks so I incorporated them in his pictures. He was so proud of himself for putting the blocks together. Every time that he would add one without the "tower" falling he would step back and admire his masterpiece and get so excited!! He is such a goofball!

Justin Quote of the Day...

OK, this is a short and sweet Justin quote, but it was still pretty funny. We were watching a movie on Friday night and one of the scenes took place in Madrid. Justin teaches Social Studies so he is pretty smart when it comes to geography and history stuff. I always ask Justin silly little trivia questions when we are watching a movie and he usually doesn't know the answer (my questions are more along the lines of, What movie is that quote from?) Ok, anyway to make a short story long!! Justin decided to ask a little trivia himself. Whenever the scene in Madrid came up he sat up all excited and said, "OK honey where is Madrid? (quarter of a second pause) Spain!! I just looked at him and said oh honey did you just answer your own question? He just put his head down and said "dang it!!" I am so not good at this!! I laughed so hard!

Eyes so blue...

Snowman Murderer!

OK, I am in the process of hunting down a snowman murderer in our neighborhood.  After we built our snowman we left to go eat at O'Charley's with my Mom and Dad and Natalie, Jason, and Christian.  When we returned home I couldn't see our snowman, but I thought it was because it was just too dark out.  Yesterday morning when we woke up I took James to the window to say hello to his snowman friend and low and behold he had been crushed : (  I went outside to see what had happened and found two tire tracks on both sides of the poor lump of snow.  Somebody had deliberately ran over our snowman and left tracks in our yard and almost hit my rose bushes and light post!  I was FURIOUS... and still am!!
So, if anyone has any information that will lead to the capture of this snowman murder PLEASE let me know!  Justin and I think that it was a jeep because of the size of the wheel base.  No snowmen are safe until this crazy person is found!  Seriously though I am really ticked about...I mean who runs over a snowman in a yard in a subdivision??  Plus, the snowman was right outside of James' room, what if the idiot had slipped on the snow and ice and gone thru our house...!!!
Anyway, I want to build a fake snowman with a huge rock as the center, but I don't know if Justin will let me yet...
